Just A Guy Software LLC (“we”) provides software that sends operational text messages to short-term rental hosts and their contracted cleaners about turnover jobs.
We collect information hosts give us to run the service, including names, email addresses, phone numbers, property names, job dates, job amounts, and related booking or payout status. Cleaner phone numbers are provided by the host so we can text that cleaner about jobs.
We use this information to operate the product: create jobs, send SMS about those jobs, process cleaner payouts through our payment provider, and support the account. We do not sell personal information.
If you provide a mobile number, we send operational SMS about turnover jobs (for example confirm, reminder, cleaned, payment, or cancel). Message frequency varies with bookings. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. See our Terms & SMS.
We share information with service providers who help us run the product, including SMS (Twilio) and payments (Stripe). We may also disclose information if required by law.
We keep information for as long as the account is active and as needed for records, payouts, and legal obligations.
