Just A Guy Software LLC operates Clean and Paid (cleanandpaid.com). Its text messages are sent under the Clean and Paid name, and that service has its own Terms, Privacy Policy and SMS program page.

This website
justaguysoftware.com does not use cookies, analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts. It is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes technical information such as IP addresses to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. If you email us, we use your email address and what you send us to reply and to help you.
Our apps
Where an app has its own privacy policy, that policy has the full details.
Roamlight
Roamlight stores your travel history on your device and in your own private iCloud database, which we cannot read. We run no servers that receive your location, and the app uses no third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking code. Showing place names and searching for places use Apple’s mapping services. Roamlight Plus is a one-time purchase handled by Apple; we never see your payment details.

Clean and Paid and text messages
For Clean and Paid, Just A Guy Software LLC provides software that sends operational text messages to short-term rental hosts and their contracted cleaners about turnover jobs.
Information we collect
We collect information hosts give us to run the service, including names, email addresses, phone numbers, property names, job dates, job amounts, and related booking or payout status. Cleaner phone numbers are provided by the host so we can text that cleaner about jobs.
How we use it
We use this information to operate the product: create jobs, send SMS about those jobs, process cleaner payouts through our payment provider, and support the account. We do not sell personal information.
Text messages
If you provide a mobile number, we send operational SMS about turnover jobs (for example confirm, reminder, cleaned, payment, or cancel). Message frequency varies with bookings. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. See our SMS consent page and Terms.
Sharing
We share information with service providers who help us run the product, including SMS (Twilio) and payments (Stripe). We may also disclose information if required by law. We do not share mobile phone numbers with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile numbers are used only to send operational SMS about turnover jobs (and with Twilio/Stripe as needed to run the service).
Retention
We keep information for as long as the account is active and as needed for records, payouts, and legal obligations.
Your choices
Email hello@justaguysoftware.com to ask what personal information we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted. To stop text messages, reply STOP.
Roamlight has no accounts. To delete everything it has stored, use the erase option in the app’s Settings, which removes your history from your device and from iCloud.
Children
Our apps are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
