This page documents Just A Guy Software LLC’s operational SMS program for A2P 10DLC reviewers and the public. Adding a number is done in the signed-in app; this site does not collect phone numbers. See also Privacy and Terms.
Brand: Just A Guy Software LLC
Program: operational host/cleaner turnover SMS. Messages include job confirm (YES/NO), reminder, mark CLEAN, payment, and cancel. This is not a marketing or promotional program.
In the signed-in app, under Settings, the host adds their mobile number, sees the disclosures, and must check an unchecked checkbox before Save. The exact checkbox text is:
“I agree to receive operational SMS from Just A Guy Software about turnover jobs. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Privacy: https://justaguysoftware.com/privacy Terms: https://justaguysoftware.com/terms”

A host types the cleaner’s number as a contracted worker. The first SMS identifies the host and Just A Guy Software and includes STOP. The cleaner can reply STOP to opt out.
The screenshot below is the host-ops app Settings / Cleaners screen where a host enters the cleaner’s mobile number. Directly with it: the public disclosures and an unchecked checkbox mock (the live app does not show these yet).
