These terms cover Just A Guy Software LLC’s host-ops software and the related SMS program. Questions: hello@justaguysoftware.com.
We provide software for hosts to manage short-term rental turnover jobs with their own cleaners, including job tracking, SMS notifications, and optional cleaner payouts. The product is provided as-is. You are responsible for your listings, cleaners, and guest stays.
Program name: Just A Guy Software host turnover SMS.
Who gets texts: hosts who add their number, and cleaners whose number a host adds for job notifications.
What we send: operational messages about jobs, such as a new clean to confirm (YES/NO), a reminder, a request to mark CLEAN, payment sent, or a cancel. We do not send marketing or promotional SMS in this program.
Message frequency: varies with bookings. Typically a few messages per job. Message and data rates may apply.
Consent: a host opts in by adding a mobile number in the app. A cleaner is texted because the host provided that cleaner’s number as a contracted worker. You can opt out at any time.
STOP: reply STOP to opt out of further messages. After STOP we will not text that number except to confirm the opt-out.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Do not use the service to spam, harass, or send unlawful content. We may suspend an account that abuses SMS or payment features.
If you use cleaner payouts, charges are processed by Stripe. The cleaner receives the full job amount you set. Stripe’s processing fee is charged to the host on top of that amount, except when you mark a job paid manually outside Stripe.
